Various Activities during COVID-19 Lockdown

While the entire Nepal is in #LOCKDOWN NTNC-BCC is supporting various rescue actitivities, treatment and care of wild and captive animals as well as wildlife monitoring and habitat management. During last three weeks a leopard was rescued from Baitadi; a vulture was rescued from Kumroj (under care at BCC); feeding and rearing of the two rhino calves at BCC is ongoing; regular care of the captive elephants; installed camera traps in Barandabhar to record the response of wildlife to reduced vehicular movement on the Highway during lockdown etc.
