This app accepts the access through a Google login service, We may collect Personal data that is already associated with Your Google account, such as Your name, Your email address, Your profile picture.
You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through Your Google account. If You choose to provide such information and Personal Data, during registration or otherwise, You are giving the Company permission to use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
- SMS Service Provider
To deliver OTPs, we engage the services of a third-party SMS provider. While we strive to work with reputable providers, we encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand how they handle your information.
Information Collected while Using the Application
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:
- When you register for, we collect and store your phone number. We use this information to authenticate your identity through a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered phone number.
- Also, for authorized users, when you perform certain sensitive actions, a unique OTP is sent to your registered phone number via SMS. This OTP is required for authentication purposes, ensuring that only authorized users have access to the account.
- Incident details (for the scope of the app) such as date time, informer’s name, contact number, forest type/area/name, details about the wild animals who caused the conflict etc.
- Information regarding your location (latitude/longitude).
We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company’s servers and/or a Service Provider’s server or it may be simply stored on Your device.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.
Handling Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
- To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.

- For this app’s true purposes: We collect all these information on behalf of Client and use them for app’s purposes, such as data analysis, identifying conflicts trends, determining the effectiveness of our predictions and to evaluate and improve our Service and your experience.

- With Client: We share Your personal information with only to and directly to our Client.
- With concerned authorities and officers: Our Client may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during conflict resolution of the incident that took place.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Request Data Deletion
User can not delete their data on their own via the app, but they can request to delete their data by directly contacting the developer team. The user’s data will be completely deleted from the app within 15 days of request sent. Please find the email address from Contact Us section below.
